Our final weeks in Jamaica were pleasant, getting a few more projects done, visiting with friends, and saying good-byes. We finally have one truly comfortable chair - the sling chair on the front porch. We know it is truly comfortable because we’ve both fallen asleep in it. It is a great place to sit and watch the hummingbirds. We did quite a bit more gardening, seriously expanding the back yard and getting all of the plants we had purchased or gotten as gifts planted and marked with our “Crop circles”. The last few day were spent getting the porch roof painted with waterproofing compound and doing mosaic on one of the columns - and packing, of course. We’ve included a couple of our local internet cafe, run by Herbert Coke, the son of our contractor. We already are anxious to go back!
